Where It All Started.

Growing up, our founder Chris Pucci, worked and learned from his father who always had an entrepreneurial spirit. The family bought into a carpet cleaning franchise when he was 10. At the time of purchase, the business was doing well but the family has grown the revenue 10-fold. The family has since started or purchased multiple companies, all with incredible growth. Chris was raised in a small business family environment, learning each business from top to bottom, and those lessons have permeated throughout his life.

Years Of Learning To Adapt.

Chris learned many lessons from his father over the years, including managing finances, staying debt-free, never being ‘too important’ to do even the entry level jobs, having a trustworthy and hard-working mentality and team, and ultimately marketing the business correctly. Many of these lessons have been incorporated into their Chrispy Media Group. The lesson that had the biggest impact on Chris was that without proper marketing, a business has very little chance of success. Observing how much time his father dedicated to marketing and how he thought outside the box, basing his strategy on good creative and doubling down on tactics that worked. These tactics evolved over time from newspapers and yellow pages to television and the internet.

Let Us Make Things Easier.

Chrispy Media Group was founded in 2008 with a simple mission: to give their customers their time back so they could focus on running their own business. This was to be achieved by handling all their marketing needs. Chris envisioned a full-service agency that would excel in production, digital, and traditional marketing. The company excelled during 2020 due to their dynamic nature and achieving the goal of giving their customers their time back.


Our Growth Has Just Begun.

The agency has continued to grow and has added key team members in their respective roles. In August 2023, Matt Bonofiglio came on board as the Director of Digital Strategy, bringing the wisdom of a 25+ year career with an extensive digital background. Brian Fentzke joined shortly afterwards in October, as the Director of Operations, bringing over 20 years of experience in television, most of which was leading high performing sales teams.

Also in October 2023, Chris purchased Community Connection Magazine, a local West Michigan publication consisting of five separate magazines that delivers to over 250,000 households every six weeks.

Most recently, in March 2024, Chrispy Media Group moved into their new facility, the former Studio 616 building which was a photography studio. Their new facility is perfectly suited for the growing agency and will enable them to expand their production and creative capabilities.
