Chris began his career as a senior auditor, providing him with a unique analytical perspective on advertising. With an extensive tenure in the advertising industry, he refined his skills at an agency for 4 years before deciding to start his own in 2008. Despite the adversities posed by the pandemic in 2020, his venture presented both challenges and opportunities — fostering growth and resilience. Through Chrispy Media Group, he oversees a diverse portfolio of traditional and digital advertising endeavors catering to local and national businesses of varying scales. Chris recently acquired Community Connection Magazine, a publication distributed to 250,000 households every six weeks. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is happily married with a son and another child on the way.
Brian is a successful brand builder and revenue driver with a proven track record spanning 23 years. His career began in Detroit as an assistant media planner at Doner Advertising where he quickly transitioned to broadcast television sales gaining valuable experience on cost efficiencies. In 2006 he relocated to Grand Rapids fulfilling his desire to drive sales and brand build local businesses in West Michigan. He specializes in both traditional and digital mediums while immersing himself in creative brand development that has helped many local businesses establish a solid brand that is recognized across the market.
John is a savvy veteran of broadcast media with 30+ years of experience. Fresh off a stint as the Commercial Production Director for WOOD TV 8 in Grand Rapids, he has used his many talents to make stories come to life. Writing, directing, producing, photography – both still and video, graphic design, and all post-production. John can do it all and is an FAA certified drone pilot. As Creative Director at Chrispy Media, he uses his experience from thousands of projects to help your business succeed.
Matt is an accomplished Digital Sales and Marketing Director with over 25 years of experience working for such companies as Gannett, Tribune, Advance, and Sinclair. He has a proven track record for increasing client revenue and achieving their marketing goals. Expertise includes designing and implementing successful marketing plans for clients while providing measurable ROI. Skilled in product development and implementation, working in collaborative team environments and building internal/external partnerships. Focused on continually improving product knowledge, efficiencies, and value.
Jennifer brings over 15 years of cross-industry experience, combining creative problem-solving with a strategic approach to marketing and project management. Influenced by her grandfather, a NASA rocket scientist, and her father, an IT consultant, she grew up inspired by advanced technology and innovation, fueling a lifelong passion for learning and solving complex challenges. Her career spans key leadership roles in creative design, marketing strategy, social media, and project execution, where she leverages her knowledge of industry advancements and emerging technologies to drive growth and deliver meaningful, measurable results for clients.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Jennifer is a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher, aerialist, and fitness trainer. Her dedication to well-being and balance extends to her personal life, where she cherishes her roles as a wife, mother of three, and “bonus mom” to her stepson and two stepdaughters.
Brandon Keil is a seasoned cinematographer with a decade of experience in the industry. Hailing from Waterford, Michigan, he transforms ideas into compelling visual narratives. Over the past ten years, he has worked on music festivals, short films, documentaries, experimental works, and commercials. Renowned for capturing breathtaking footage, Brandon collaborates closely with directors, producers, and other creatives. His deep technical understanding and keen eye for detail ensure every shot is beautiful and impactful. Additionally, Brandon is passionate about social media branding content, crafting visually engaging pieces that resonate with audiences.
With a strong foundation in both creative and administrative roles, Krystal brings a diverse skill set to Chrispy Media Group. As a yearbook editor for three years in high school, Krystal honed her abilities in photography, videography, editing, and mastering all Adobe platforms, gaining hands-on experience with marketing and sales. Her passion for visual storytelling extends into her personal life, where she photographs clients in her spare time and second shoots weddings — capturing special moments with a keen eye for detail. In addition to her creative and administrative talents, Krystal has a strong grasp of social media management, having managed posts and stories for school projects, church events, and other platforms. She is currently finishing her education at Davenport University. Her blend of creativity, technical skills, and customer service experience makes her a valuable asset to the Chrispy Media team.
Brad has spent most of his professional career working to support small business and retail clients. With a background in public relations and advertising from Grand Valley State University, he aims to bring out the best qualities in a business. As social media is ever-changing, he stays up to date on the latest training to make sure that clients are getting the exposure that they deserve.
